Our Story
Strengthening equity-driven leadership and systems within nonprofits and public institutions can be challenging, especially in environments shaped by limited resources, increasing accountability demands, and growing expectations around equity, access, and community engagement.

While many organizations are deeply committed to serving their communities, they often lack the internal capacity, systems, or leadership support needed to translate those commitments into consistent and sustainable practice. This is especially true for grassroots and mid-sized organizations navigating growth, funder requirements, staff burnout, and complex institutional landscapes.

We are a community-rooted consulting and training practice with over 25 years of combined experience across non-profit leadership, community development, education, and institutional systems. We support non-profits, grassroots organizations, and public institutions to strengthen leadership, governance, and organizational systems in ways that are practical, equitable, and grounded in community realities.
