Equity work often stays at the level of language. We focus on practice. Our training creates space for honest conversations about power, leadership, and responsibility, while also giving people tools they can actually use in their roles. We work with staff, leadership teams, boards, and mixed groups, depending on what makes sense for the organization.

Organizational Strategy & Systems

Many organizations are doing important work but are held back by systems that have not grown with them. We support organizations to step back, look at how things are working, and make thoughtful changes that align values with practice. This work often sits at the intersection of leadership, governance, funding, and program delivery. Our support may include: Strategic planning and setting clear direction Governance and board development Fundraising readiness and grant strategy Program design and evaluation Strengthening internal processes and roles We approach this work collaboratively. Our role is not to tell organizations what to do, but to help them see things more clearly and make decisions that are sustainable.

Advisory & Coaching

Leadership can be isolating, especially in non-profit and community settings. We offer advisory and coaching support for leaders who are navigating growth, transition, conflict, or burnout. This work is less about giving answers and more about creating space to think, reflect, and move forward with intention. This support is well suited for: Executive directors and senior leaders Founders transitioning into new phases of leadership Leaders carrying complex organizational or community responsibilities Advisory and coaching support is offered selectively to ensure depth, trust, and consistency.
